WorldEdit is an easy-to-use in-game Minecraft map editor. You can use any modded blocks.

MinecraftEdu comes bundled with an (older) version of WorldEdit. While we can assist with usage of WorldEdit, we are unable to assist with the update or installation of WorldEdit with MinecraftEdu. We do not officially support LiteLoader, but you can download an unofficial WorldEditWrapper that supports Minecraft 1.7.2.

To set replace or anything with modded blocks, you have to enable advanced tool tips and it will tell you every blocks ID exactly even modded ones. For an example it usually looks like 'Mod:BlockName:ID' much like 'Minecraft:Stone:3' for diorite or 'Minecraft:Planks:4' for acacia planks.

Ofc for biomesoplenty it will probably have some abriviations to make the id shorter. So enable advanced tool tips to see the exact ID. It usually will need to be 100% match for mods unlike //set stone or anything like that. To enable ADV tool tips, on PC, just hit 'F3' and 'H' at the same time. On a laptop (or if that doesnt work on PC) hit both 'FN' (Near windows key), 'F3' and 'H' at the same time. If neither work look up tutorials.

Im not certain about mac or linux. But ADV tool tips should tell you each non-modded AND modded ID for all the blocks. Hope this helps!:D.
